		<description>Mmmm, Luisa&#039;s looks divine. I&#039;m sure hers is even more succulent than the original recipe because she used skin-on chicken legs. I went the opposite direction to try and lighten it up by using boneless, skinless chicken thighs. Either way it&#039;s a keeper, I agree!</description>

In any case, I made the recipe and it was terrific.  Great flavor and fall-off-the-bone meat.  It&#039;s definitely a keeper.</description>

		<description>I am so excited to try this.  I have a whole bag of lentils in my pantry.  And my husband loves chicken thighs (I am a bit put off by the fat in them)--but this sounds good.  And vinegar gives it a great pop!
