Your kitchen sounds adorable! I love 1930s style.
I also LOVE summertime squash. Thanks for this really creative way of preparing it. The presentation is gorgeous!

Cooking is totally my therapy too. The effort of slicing and arranging the veggies for this dish must have been very calming. And it looks beautiful!

This recipe looks delicious Carolyn! My favorites are zucchini and squash. As I read your description I couldn’t help but laugh where you said how you stand on your left foot, right foot on your left calf. That is exactly what I was doing standing at the computer reading your description..must be a family thing! ha. Im going to try this recipe for sure :)
